Communications
About your enquiry or appointment. When you request the brochure or book a viewing, you agree to us contacting you by phone or email about your Marwell Court enquiry and private viewing. The wording you see is: "I agree to The Lodge Collection contacting me by phone or email regarding my Marwell Court enquiry and private viewing. I have read the Privacy Policy."
Optional updates. Any other updates, such as text messages, are only sent where you have separately chosen to receive them, or where another lawful basis applies. Giving us your mobile number does not by itself mean you have agreed to receive text messages.
You can change your preferences or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing team@thelodgecollection.site.
Text messages
On the brochure form there is a separate, optional box, which is left unticked unless you tick it: "Yes, send me a helpful text reminder with a link to my brochure and the option to arrange a private viewing." (version brochure-sms-v2).
We only treat you as having chosen text-message updates if you tick that box, and we record when you did so and the wording you saw. You can withdraw this choice at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.

- Remember how you arrived at the website, such as advertising campaign details, for the current visit
- Understand which sources and campaigns lead to enquiries, and measure website and campaign performance
You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings.
